Registering on the auction website is critical for many reasons...

The following things are only available to registrants:

• Early Bird Tickets
• Sign up Party Slots
• Bidding
• Text communications about new items and auction opportunities
• Faculty & Staff Ticket Fund Donations

Every year one of the live auction items is a collection of fine wines from donors' private cellars. We are currently accepting donations of bottles valued at $100+. Please contact auction@mpms.org to arrange a donation.

Additionally, wine clubs are often happy to donate a bottle to their members charitable affiliations.  We are happy to provide a sample letter and to procure the wine.  All that we ask is that you reach out to your wine clubs on our behalf. 

DONATIONS
Do you have season tickets to a local sports team? A house in wine country or Tahoe? A friend who owns a local restaurant or store? Special access to a cool business or facility? These are just a few ideas! We will gratefully accept your donation by Monday, March 2, 2020. Please stop by or contact the Development Office to donate. auction@mpms.org

HOW IT WORKS
Our silent auction will be held entirely online. Check the auction website often as we will be adding a robust and exciting catalog of items as we get them. A selective collection of one-of-a-kind opportunities will be offered during our live auction the night of our event.

What is a Paddle Raise? It is a commitment to make a 100% tax deductible monetary donation to a specific initiative which is called a Fund a Need.

This year, we will continue to build upon the Fund for Financial Aid, which was launched with great success last year. Your commitment to the Fund a Need is made by raising your bid paddle during that portion of the live auction. Paddle raises will start at $10,000 and continue to $100.

Our Fund For Financial Aid not only helps to enrich our school community, but it demonstrates our commitment to diversity, inclusion, and equity. We are proud to be making a commitment to share our outstanding school with students who could not otherwise afford to attend.

At MP&MS we feel strongly that it is not only the student who receives the aid who benefits from a robust financial aid program but the community at large. Tuition Assisted families currently make-up 15% of our student body. Tuition assistance can also include help with our hot lunch program and after school activities.
