Meetings and minutes the PA Board meets once a month, generally on the third Thursday of the month in the morning. All parents are invited to the meetings, which are held in the PA Clubhouse adjacent to the fourth grade classroom. Items to be placed on the agenda must be received by the president at least two weeks before the meeting. Meeting minutes are available by contacting the PA secretary. Copies of the minutes are kept in the Development Office.
